What Sendr is

Sendr is a non-custodial interface. It lets you create payment links and lets payers start payments that are executed by a third-party routing partner. Sendr never holds your funds, never asks for seed phrases or private keys, and never connects to your wallet.

Your link is your responsibility

  • Anyone with your payment link can pay you. Share it only where you want to be paid.
  • The key in your link is the only way to use your encrypted address. If you lose the link, we can't recover it, and you'll need to create a new one.
  • Check your address carefully. Payouts to a wrong address can't be reversed.

Payments

  • Send exactly the amount shown, once, on the network shown, before the deposit window closes.
  • Quotes are estimates until a deposit is received. Final amounts depend on market rates and the routing partner's fees.
  • Payments that can't complete are refunded by the routing partner to your refund address, minus network or provider fees. Without a refund address, recovery may need support from the routing partner.

Compliance

Compliance checks apply. Our routing partner screens addresses and may refuse, delay or refund payments. Sendr isn't available in sanctioned jurisdictions. You agree not to use Sendr for illegal activity, to evade sanctions, or to receive the proceeds of crime.

No guarantees

Sendr is provided as is. Privacy routing makes linking payers and recipients much harder, not impossible. We aren't liable for losses caused by wrong addresses, wrong networks, market movements, third-party outages or compliance decisions made by our routing partner.
